Position: IT Support

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripheral devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and solutions.
Ensure data security and implement necessary measures to protect sensitive information.
Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
Assist in the development and execution of IT policies and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and IT infrastructure.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience in server administration and network management is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are advantageous.
